All rights reserved.

This is a closed, members-only, password-protected, Yahoo! group. You must receive permission to join. Only approved members can send or receive messages.

To receive permission to join, you must read and agree to abide by all the rules of membership. You must also submit a short description of yourself, your current situation, and explain why you are joining -- that is, what you hope to get out of the group. This short description will be posted to the group once you are admitted.

Once you have been accepted, you will then be able to send e-mail to the entire group and receive messages from the group. The group typically has about 50 to 100 members. The daily e-mail volume tends to average about 3 to 5 messages a day. You will have the option of receiving individual e-mails from everyone who posts, receiving a single e-mail a day containing a "daily digest" of all the posts, or receiving no e-mails at all, but rather reading the posts on the private, password-protected Yahoo! groups discussion board.

In order to remain a member, a minimum participation level of one substantive post to the group per month is required. "Substantive" means sharing some aspect of where you are in your efforts to grow and heal, even if it is only two paragraphs long. Members who do not post at least once a month may be removed from the group.
